Processing Timelines
Ready-to-ship wigs are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS. Once dispatched, most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 3–4 business days.
Custom Orders
Each unit is handcrafted to order. Orders typically process within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
Returns & Refunds
Please review carefully before purchasing.
All Sales FinalDue to the sanitary nature and customization of our products, all sales are considered final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.
Exceptions
If you receive the wrong item or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
