Shipping Information

How Your Order Ships

Processed with care. Delivered with intention.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed and shipped. Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information or carrier-related delays.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once transferred to the carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your shipping provider directly. By completing your purchase, you agree to all store policies.

Processing Timelines

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Ready-to-ship wigs are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS. Once dispatched, most U.S. orders arrive in approximately 3–4 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom Wig Timeline

Each unit is handcrafted to order. Orders typically process within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

    Sourcing — 1–3 Business Days Premium raw hair is sourced from our trusted vendors after your order is placed.

    Shipping to Studio — 4–6 Business Days Hair inventory is delivered to our studio for customization and construction.
  • 03
    Construction & Customization — 7–14 Business Days Each unit is constructed, custom colored, styled, and quality checked. Tracking is emailed once complete.

Returns & Refunds

Please review carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Final

Due to the sanitary nature and customization of our products, all sales are considered final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.

Exceptions

Manufacturing Issues & Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Repair, replacement, store credit, or refund — at the discretion of Becky's Good Hair LLC.

Orders may not be canceled once processing or customization has begun.

Not Eligible for Return

The Following Are Non-Returnable
  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, cut, or colored by the customer
  • Wigs that have been washed or styled after delivery
  • Wigs damaged through customer use
  • Orders where processing or customization has already begun
