By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

Shipping. All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Ready-to-ship units leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Tracking is sent to your email once your order ships.

Custom Orders. Each unit is carefully customized, colored, styled, and prepared before shipment. Orders typically process within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. Good things — and good hair — take time.

All Sales Final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Full policy: Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.

Defects & Wrong Items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at rebekah@beckywiththegoodhair.net with your order number and photos.

Cancellations. Orders cannot be canceled once processing or customization has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier.

How It Works Select your specifications at checkout and leave the rest to us. Your raw hair is sourced fresh, shipped to our studio, and carefully constructed, colored, and styled before it ships to you — quality checked every step of the way.
