By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
Shipping. All orders ship via UPS or USPS. Ready-to-ship units leave our studio within 1–3 business days. Tracking is sent to your email once your order ships.
Custom Orders. Each unit is carefully customized, colored, styled, and prepared before shipment. Orders typically process within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation. Good things — and good hair — take time.
All Sales Final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. Full policy: Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.
Defects & Wrong Items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at rebekah@beckywiththegoodhair.net with your order number and photos. Approved claims may qualify for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations. Orders cannot be canceled once processing or customization has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once transferred to the carrier, or for delays caused by an incorrect shipping address at checkout.
Custom wig orders require a completed Hair Buyer Form before your order can be processed. Please complete this form if you have not already done so.
