** Please note all wigs start with a 1b hair base.
Because every unit is handcrafted and made-to-order, here’s what you can expect:
Step 1: Sourcing (1–3 business days)
Once your order is placed, we source premium raw Vietnamese hair from our trusted vendor.
Step 2: Shipping to Studio (4–6 business days)
The hair inventory is shipped to our studio where your unit will be created.
Step 3: Construction & Customization (7–14 business days)
Your wig is carefully constructed, hand-colored, and styled to perfection.
Once complete, your unit is shipped with tracking provided.
