Shipping Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. Becky’s Good Hair LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information or carrier-related delays.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping provider directly.

By completing your purchase, you agree to all store policies outlined on this website.


Ready-to-Ship Wigs
Ready-to-ship wigs are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom Wig Order Timeline
Because each unit is handcrafted and customized, processing times may vary.

Step 1: Sourcing (1–3 Business Days)
Premium raw hair is sourced from our trusted vendors after your order is placed.

Step 2: Shipping to Studio (4–6 Business Days)
The hair inventory is delivered to our studio for customization and construction.

Step 3: Construction & Customization (7–14 Business Days)
Each unit is carefully constructed, custom colored, styled, and quality checked before shipment.

Once completed, tracking information will be emailed to you.


Refunds & Returns
Due to the sanitary nature and customization of our products, all sales are considered final.

However, if you receive the wrong item or believe your order has a manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at rebekah@beckywiththegoodhair.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Becky’s Good Hair LLC.

Orders may not be canceled once processing or customization has begun.

Wigs that have been worn, altered, cut, colored, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
